Here at Threemilestone Dental Practice in Truro, our friendly and professional team strives to offer the highest standards of dental care and customer service. Our lovely team are always on hand to share knowledge and advice to help you make informed decisions about your treatments.

If you are a new patient looking to register privately with our dental practice, please be aware that we require an initial consultation with one of our dental practitioners before enrolling you on one of our membership plans. Consultations are in-person at the practice, costing £95 for adults or £50 for children. Once you have filled out and submitted the form on our website, we will be in touch to book a consultation time with you. We will then take a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking at our practice.

If you are already being seen as a patient at our practice and want to swap over to a private membership, there is no initial consultation fee. You will be enrolled on your selected plan within 30 days of payment. Once payment has been accepted, your plan appointments can be booked. Please note this registration form is only for those wanting to join our practice privately, as we are not taking on NHS patients at this time.
